My fasting levels of a1c 5.6; my glucose 98 (70-110 ref range); c-peptide 1.14 (1.11 - 4.4 ref range). im at at risk of anything and is it concerning my c-peptide is so low in reference range. i do appreciate your service and expertise?

You need to talk with your treating doctor about lab results. Overall these are not concerning.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
