See below: 2.5 mmol/l is below the range of 3.6-6.1 mmol/l. Do u feel dizzy or weak or pass out? This reading suggests hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which sometimes is precursor to onset of diabetes. Symptoms may be prevented by 4-6 mini-meals/day using proteins & good fats & low glycemic carbs. Avoid sugary foods & drinks that may trigger sudden drops in blood sugar.
