Dr. Ashu Syal answered

Complications: What kind of complications are we looking at? Renal complications usually develop early ( within 3-8 weeks) after the disease and leads to microscopic hematuria and glomerulnephriris ( name for renal disease) lasts approx three months. If heart complications, rheumatic fever, it usually develop a little later and has no cure. Nervous complications ( sydenham chorea) is late complication.
