I'm a 52 yr old f from the caribbean. at ages 3 to 5 yrs. i had german measles, scarlet fever and diphtheria. what post effects can i expect now?

You would know: Of the three, diphtheria can produce toxins that affect your heart, but you would know that by now. Scarlet fever is just an alternate form of strep throat & only 1/200 develop rheumatic fever, which you would also know by now. German measles is a minor illness in kids of little importance. If anything it made you immune. Only a fetus becomes damaged by this germ, older kids/adults do not..
