Low WBC: The most common cause of low WBC is some sort of infection. Leukemia effects the other blood cells that are noted on the blood count. Leukemia causes other symptoms. I would recheck you blood count in several weeks to make sure things get back to normal. Be seen sooner if you develop new symptoms of bruises, bleeding, fatigue.
