Child's sociability: The exam is basically the same. The pediatrician will ask you questions about your child's development and sociability.

No, follow up: A full evaluation is not done at each follow up. An interval history will be updated, and the child will be examined for neurodevelopmental signs. Medications or therapies will, be discussed if appropriate. And follow up scheduled.
