Usually no worries: Babies are not that fragile, which is one reason why we human haven't gone extinct yet. Regarding future head bonks (there shall be many), if a child is acting quite differently even after a mild bump, contact his doctor. Head bonks in which there is low-impact on the head, little crying, no changes in behavior, and no headache after the first 1-2 hours, usually don't cause any problems at all.
