See your doctor: Vomiting can cause dehydration. You'll need meds to stop the vomiting so you don't get dehydrated, and you may need IV fluids if you are already dehydrated. If you have tonsillitis and you are on antibiotics, they won't work if you throw them up, and if you're not on antibiotics you may need them. In any case, you need to see a doctor. Try to drink lots of fluids in the meantime.
