My 14 month old has been vomiting every 30 minutes to an hour. has been dry heaving . no fever. constantly puts stuff in his mouth from floor.

Take him to doctor: If he/she is vomiting every 30 minutes he needs to be checked and treated otherwise he/she will very quickly get dehydrated.The baby needs fluids but recurrent vomiting makes it difficult but electrolyte solutions like pedialyte can be tried, but if unable to keep down go to the er.
