HIV: This is an unlikely presentation of acute HIV infection. Boils should be seen by a doctor. While you are there get tested for HIV and other stds if you have had unprotected sex. Universal testing for all persons admitted to hospital is about to come to pass. Do not neglect this, as it is a very treatable disease, more so when caught early.
