Healing phase: The swelling will take several months to resolve and the bump is from bone remolding and it should time to improve. It may need to be evaluated if this is ongoing.

Go see a doctor.: You are not really asking a question. However...Is the pin still inside? It could be coming out. You could be having a reaction to the absorbable suture, you could have a new problem such as a cyst. You need to give a bit more info.
