Need more evaluation: Constipation although common can be a serious symptom related to a multitude of conditions. Some serious like cancer and others concerning like a slow thyroid or hypothyroidism. But it also could be related to inadequate water and fiber intake. So, you need to be seen by a physician and adequately evaluated.
