HTN : If overweight lose it. Eat no junk food. Drink 2 littes water per day. Eat fruits kale collard greens. Drink ginger tea. 2-3 times/ day. Sleep. 8 hrs/ day. If u had history of heavy periods get ur iron levels checked. If headache still persists avoid cold soda , Ice water and any cold foods after dark. If still not better, get tested for sleep apnea and high blood pressure and low thyroid
