Stop pain meds: Rebound headaches from overdoing pain medications are a very common reason for this scenario in a young female.

See a Doctor: i do not know how long this has been going on but headaches that last several days and are associated with nausea and interrupt sleep need further evaluation. they could be migraines or many other things. You need to see a doctor
