? Fibromyalgia: 18 y female with symptoms of pain in head, knees, neck, nauseousness & constipation has "normal blood work". Fibromyalgia becomes a consideration, and a rheumatologist might be consulted. If fibromyalgia is diagnosed, then medications can be used for pain. Several alternative and complementary medical therapies have been demonstrated to be efficacious for fibromyalgia.
