I might be ovulating. had bad gas pains. lower back pain, headaches, neckaches, cramps and nausea. lower abdomen hurts by ovaries. what can this be?

It could be: time to get examined, tested, diagnosed, evaluated and treated. Please make an appointment with your PCP or go directly to an UC clinic: simply stated, cannot be diagnosed online. You will need blood testing and a pelvic ultrasound as well as a GYN exam.
