Abdominal pain: Yes a boil can cause pain, nausea, a tired feeling because of the infection present.

Not sure: Not sure if they are related - where is the boil located? If you have a large boil that is red, hot, tender and you have nausea with it then I would see your doctor - the infection likely needs to be drained for it to get better.
