Lack of support: Nike shox shoes are simply not supportive enough for you, there is too much flex in the arch of the shoe. The toes and arch cramps because they are trying to maintain your arch. You can try an over the counter super feet insert in your shoes to add support or change to a motion control/stability shoe like the brooks gts, beast. Or get custom orthotics for your feet.
