See a DR: Although there are good medicines to help with thush, and fungi elsewhere, more importantly...Why would you have this. To anyone with recurrent or diffuse yeast, i suggest being checked for other infections and diabetes. Some medications can also make a person prone to yeast (oral and inhaled steroids, for example), but even then extensive or recurrent yeast infections are rare.

Fluconazole: Is the preffered treatment these days. Nystatin swish can be used as well. If there are multiple sites affected, like mouth, vaginal, skin. Fluconazole may be your best option. To be taken once and repeat in 1-2 weeks.Hope it helps and solves the problem:).

Be discerning: Most white coating on the tongue is actually bacteria and comes off easily by running dental floss across it. This isn't candida. If you're self-diagnosed "systemic candida" based on an internet site, be discerning -- these folks never seem to get cured or feel well again. Talk with an evidence-based holistic practitioner in your community about whether this or something else is the problem.

White lesions: There is a way to distinguish oral candida from other white lesions in the mouth. If it can be peeled off and it leaves a raw bleeding surface it is most likely Candida and should be treated with the proper antifungal agent. It is also important to rule out if there are any underlying medical problems that need to be addressed.
