Yes -- psychotherapy: You can work with a psychotherapist experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy. You will learn the ways your thinking impacts your emotional states, including health concerns when having panic attack symptoms. You will also learn ways of dealing with these when they arise. First step is a complete evaluation, though, because some panic is layered on additional issues which need attending to.
