Neither: Not a single technology that is available today will lead to even a small amount of appreciable skin tightening. As far as liposuction is concerned, it is my personal opinion that pal in the hands of an expert plastic surgeon will produce the best results. Good luck from nyc.

Vaser Lipo: Vaser liposuction, if done correctly and superficially, has been shown to stimulate as much skin contraction as any other modality, without serious complications such as skin burns, frequently seen with rf devices or laser energy applied to the skin. There is less bruising and discomfort. With smoother results, and minimal discomfort. It is fantastic for revision cases or fibrous areas.

VASER lipo: Boiled down, vaser is traditional liposuction with the option of ultrasound. This is a tried and true technology which can offer predictable results. Rf body lifts are experimental at best and if you research this you'll find a high percentage of patients who didn't get any results at all. It also typically requires several treatments and ends up being quite expensive.
