Age limit on liposuction?

No age limit: There is no age limit on liposuction per se. However, a good physician will likely investigate your cardiac, renal, and overall medical history to ensure that it is safe to perform liposuction on their patient.

No: Liposuction is just a technique to remove localized fat bulge. It can be done for any purpose if it is indicated: reconstruction or cosmentic regardless of the age. The indication should be right

Age limit: There is no age limit. However you must be in good health. Furthermore as we age the skin is less elastic, so after liposuction you may end up with loose skin if you are in the 6 decade of life or higher. http://vipplasticsurgery.com/body/#liposuction.

Not Necessarily.: Whether or not you are a good candidate for liposuction surgery will depend on your physical examination and your goals. Generally speaking, the “ideal” candidate for liposuction surgery is a healthy person with localized diet and exercise resistant adipose tissue with good quality overlying skin elasticity. Unfortunately, skin elasticity does change/decrease as we get older.
