Go see your doctor: Even though you didn't hit your head, you fell hard enough to break three ribs. You must have jarred your head during the fall and your symptoms concern me if they are new and still present one week later. See your primary care doc asap or go to the emergency if you can't get an appointment or symptoms worsen.

Be patient: There are many guidelines about head ct after injury. Without any history of head trauma, focal neurologic deficits, seizures, vomiting or anticoagulant medication, the likelihood of a serious intracranial injury is very, very low.
