Probably ok: Though there are always exceptions to the rule, most blood pressure pills will not be affected if taken with a multi-vitamin.

Ok, but...: You can usually take a multivitamin with most drugs without much worry, but the real question is: Why? Unless you have a known vitamin deficiency or a very restricted diet, the multivitamin has no real benefit for you, and may be harmful. Do yourself a favor, and spend your vitamin money on going more often to the gym, which is much better for your HTN.
