Moderation: Lowering your sodium intake is good.
Alcohol in moderation (<2 drinks per day)
decreasing fat/carbohydrate intake to lose weight.
These are all good dietary recomendations.
Any good once daily multivitamin should do. You should ask your pharmacist as they are a wealth of information about medication.
