Omeprazole has been: reported to cause hypotension in 50% of people in the first month of treatment. None of the other medications have been reported to cause hypotension as a significant side effect i.e.: <5%. although some cases have been reported with all of them it is not clear as to the mechanism or clinical significance.

I can't empty my bowels all the way. I have to apply pressure between vagina and anal to get all the rest out. Is this normal? Being treated by pcp for high blood pressure, low potassium, and omeprazole for the gas. I am female and 40yrs. I also have IBS
