Rhythm, diaphragm?: Pacemaker inserted for rhythm problems. Burping can be seen with cardiac causes including rhythm problems, poor blood flow (especially inferior-lower wall), diaphragm irritation, or GI causes. Check with your doc. Any other symptoms, like lightheadedness, nausea, sweats, palpitations, chest discomfort, check now.

Likely no relation: There is unlikely to be a connection between the two; usually burping is caused by gastro-esophageal reflux. It's possible that you are paying more attention to your body after the pacemaker procedure.
