Limitations: There are certain limitations after pacemaker implantation, which is related to how much force and weight is applied to the arm as well as range of motion. As long as there is no direct pressure applied to the site of the pacemaker or to the arm with recommended limitations in arm use, there should be no significant limitations in regards to sexual activity. Discuss further with your doctor.

Pacemaker: The heart disease that indicated the need for the pacer dictates the activity level. Many pacer patients have no problem having sex. The pacer itself is not limiting from sexual activity. Ask the dr. Who ordered/implanted the device.
