Nexium (esomeprazole) helps with the flem in my throat but not heartburn, prilosec helps with heartburn but not flem. can i take both?

PPIs: It is not recommended to take 2 different proton pump inhibitors, but you can take one of them twice daily to see if that provides symptom relief. If not, see your primary care doctor.
