BP measurement!: BP should be determined by taking 2 or more measurements at 2 or more minutes apart at least 3 times a day to see the effects and responds to medicines in the body! get advice from your md.

Average them: BP is a dynamic measure that is constantly changing so no two will be exactly the same. Take your BP at complete rest for 10 minutes, seated with arm propped up at heart level (not held up by your mucles). If they're within 30 points of each other, average them. If they're vastly different, take 5 readings and throw out the 1 highest and lowest, and average the middle 3.
