Blood pressure: It is recommended three time a day. Morning, afternoon and evening. Remember is very important to measure the blood pressure only after being sitting or laying for 5 minutes

See below: Ideally, at home, blood pressure (BP) should be measured three times in a row in the morning and three times in a row in the evening at the same time every day, regardless of the time you take your medication. You should be seated and relaxed for at least 5 minutes before measuring your BP. It is also important that it has been at least 30 minutes after smoking, caffeine, or working out.
