Change in BP: There is a possible link here to a condition called orthostatic hypotension. In this condition, the blood pressure is poorly maintained in the standing position, causing lightheadedness and sometimes weakness. Lying down normally helps. Sometimes special testing like tilt table testing is used to diagnose this. There are many treatments. Would recommend you have this checked out.
