Recent: Recent studies have shown with no history of heart issues taking baby asprin a day did not prevent a first heart attack.However for 30 plus years some research shows does decrease colon cancer.See primary and discuss risk of aspein vs benefit to come to decisions.Therefore,if no heart or stroke issues and if someone is taking just on their own without a doctor recommendation,then-safe to stop it
