Decongestants: For nasal stuffiness due to a cold or other virus, lasting less than 5 to 7 days, you can use oral or topical decongestants such as sudafed or afrin. If it lasts longer it could be another problem like a sinus infection or allergy, so see your doctor.

Sinus rinses: Are a good natural remedy. You can also try eucalyptus aromatherapy.

Decongest yourself!: Try a nasal decongestant, but also find the cause of the problem, why is your nose congested? Treat the cause not just the symptom!
