See doctor: you can try an over the counter inhaler like primatine mist. Something for asthma is most likely to help. The stuffy nose can be treated with benadryl, (diphenhydramine) claritin ,allegra, CTM, or zyrtec. your doctor can also perscrib a nasal steroid spray. A prescription inhaler ma work better for the cough. you need to be able to tell the doctor what time of year you have the most trouble and the triggers
