Fibromyalgia: Fair: This is one of three drugs with fda indication for fibromyalgia as well as a handful of others often used 'off label' in this case it is started at a low dose and tapered up depending on side effects and effectiveness (i personally taper it up much more slowly than recommended to avoid dizziness and drowsiness).
