Right cymbalta (duloxetine) dose: for ur depression or anxiety is the dose that u & ur doc decide has the best risk/benefit, & side effect profile in ur individual case. cymbalta (duloxetine), an SNRI , has a 12h 1/2 life. thus, steady state should be achieved in 6 X 12h =3d. if a loer dose seems more effective, then perhaps u've alleviated a side effect by reducing? Never make changes to ur med regimen without ur docs instruction
