Yes: You mean glucovance (glyburide and metformin)? The only time you have to stop it is when you are allergic to it (can't tolerate it) or when your kidneys are not working well. If your blood sugar goes very low, they will stop it as Glucovance (glyburide and metformin) is Glyburide + metformin which can cause low bs. Sometimes they temporarily hold the Glucovance (glyburide and metformin) if you go through a scan with contrast but you can restart it a few days after the scan.
