Call your doc: Glucovance (glyburide and metformin) is typically a twice per day drug. If your numbers are 200's, call the doc and he or she will most likely tell you to increase it to 2x/day.

May be two times: Your blood sugars are still not well controlled, hence you may have to try two times same medication and have a night time snack to prevent any hypoglycemia.
