A member asked:

I am having blood pressure for more than 7 years. i am taking medicine for that (losar 50). can i reduce the mg or still i have to continue the same.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

What's your BP?: Answer is in your blood pressure. Your goal BP should be around 130/80 at home unless your doctor has advocated a more strict number. If your BP is at goal you could certainly try backing up. If you are not at goal you should at least consider adding another agent.
