It Depends: If you are going to be sedated or "put under" then the answer is likely no. Eat and drink nothing for 5-6 hours before your appointment. If the extractions are to be done using only local anesthetic (shots) then you may--just remember to brush, though. :-) call and ask the dr if you are unsure--she/he will tell you.

Ask your dentist: Generally speaking, if you will be getting IV sedation, then absolutely not. With nitrous oxide\oxygen analgesia it will most likely be fine although some patients get nauseous with higher concentrations and a recent meal. It is always best to ask the dentist actually treating you as they know your medical and dental history and exactly what they will be doing; each has their own protocol.
