Not much: It really depends on whether or not the wisdom teeth are impacted. If they are then you really should consider having them removed or at least see a dentist/oral surgeon for an opinion. If they are not impacted then try warm salt water rinses, ibuprofen or other analgesic, and keep the area clean. Also try not to chew hard/chewy foods back there until they erupt some more. Wants and needs: What you want and what you need may not be the same. Have yourself evaluated by an oral surgeon to see if you have enough room for your wisdom teeth... most people don't. If that is the case, the sooner you extract them the sooner you will feel better.
