Possible: Depends upon how stressed and worked up you were leading up to the proceudre. If you opted for local anesthesia instead of IV sedation, you may have been tense during the entire procedure and this will result in body ache. Also you should be on an antibiotc following the procedure because it is a surgical procedure.

No.: Post-operative pain associated with the removal of 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) is local and usually confined to the head and neck area. If a person experiences generalized pain in other areas of the body, there is probably another cause, rather than the removal of the wisdom teeth.
