Possible: This can sometimes be stressful for patients and once it is over the relief can result in a drop in blood pressure resulting in fainting. If you lost a lot of blood during the procedure or you had IV sedation this could also lead to fainting episodes.

Possible: Not commonplace but it happens. If there is a very nervous patient, loss of blood, hypoglycemia from not eating hrs before the surgery, as being in a supine position for a while during the procedure, all or any of these things can contribute to fainting. Also the Epinephrine in local anesthesia can contribute.
