Not really: After three weeks, the bone and gingival tissues should be healed. If you are having pain in that area, there might be a bone spicule, a small piece of tooth, or the edge of the socket(s) that are peeking through the gumline. It's best that the dentist who extracted the teeth take a look at it.

Not at all: You should be healed by now. Recurrent pain 3 weeks after extraction can only means recurrent post operative infection normally from not following post operative care after the extraction. You need to see your dentist asap for an exam as you might have dry socket

Not at all: Without examining you personally there is no way of knowing whether or not your pain is related to the extraction or if it's in fact something else. It would be wise on your part to see your dentist to see what's causing your problem.
