Cause: I am not sure the relationship between anemia and your height. However, the cause of the anemia and underlying medical conditions related to it are likely the root problem to focus on. That is, why are you anemic?

What kind of anemia?: Are you anemic now? What kind of anemia do you have? Your height will depend on the height of your parents and and other condition. Some chronic diseases like sprue- associated with malabsorption problem, anemia etc- growth can be affected too-due to poor nutrition etc. Congenital anemia like beta thalassemia major, fanconi's, diamond-blackfan anemia etc- are associated with short stature.
