It's possible: That you have some common issues like post-nasal drip combined with acid reflux. Usually that combination can lead to swallowing air as well as secretions at night that stimulate acid production and thus reflux. That said, you have to have other causes of nausea ruled out first and there are many medical problems that cause this. You'll have to start with a doc and a good physical exam. Good luck!
