See your doctor: This could be a sign of clinical depression (major depression, or even bipolar depression, etc) , which usually is worse on waking in the morning. It would be a good idea to tell your primary care physician about this. S/he can check your general health, and if needed, suggest helpful medications or refer to psychiatrist for treatment. Talk therapy may be useful also.
