i had my 3series of vaccines for hep b last 2009 and now i had my anti hbs titer exam and it was non reactive. do i have to take a full course of vac?

Probably Yes: Do not routinely test for vaccine response. Testing is considered for persons whose subsequent management depends on knowledge of their immune status, such as chronic hemodialysis patients, other immunocompromised persons and persons with HIV infection. Since didn't show response, d recommend another 3 dose series. Only about 5% of people do not show antibody response after getting 6 doses.
