Yes but Why?: If you have received the full 3 shots series of Hepatitis B Vaccine you should test positive for anti hep bs. You need to check with your doctor to find out why you didn't develop immunity against hep b after the vaccine.

I would: Hep B is one of the hardiest viruses in nature. People have been accidently infected by needle stick cleaning out a drug house abandoned for more than 6 months. Failure to respond to prior vaccines could be related too the handling and storage of the vaccine before it was given. I would certainly want protection.
